Handling a Broad Range of Civil Litigation Needs

Rambicure & Miller, PSC is a small firm with three experienced attorneys. Most of our practice is litigation. This means that we spend a great deal of time looking for favorable settlements - or in the courtroom looking for favorable judgments from a judge or jury. The areas of law in which we typically practice are:

Personal Injury
A personal injury claim is usually filed against another party or company when the injured party was not responsible for the injury. For example, if you were thrown through a windshield in a car crash because the seat belt was defective, that would be a personal injury (product liability) claim. If you slipped and fell on someone's sidewalk because there was a large hole in the cement, that would be a personal injury (premises liability) claim. If you broke your back in a motorcycle accident because a truck failed to yield, that would also be a personal injury case. The types of personal injury cases in which we represent clients include:

  • Animal Or Dog Bites
  • Assault & Battery
  • Birth Injuries
  • Catastrophic Injury
  • Defamation & Privacy
  • Medical Malpractice
