For example, if you were thrown through a windshield in a car crash because the seat belt was defective, that would be a personal injury (product liability) claim. Equine Law Unique to our area of the country is the practice of equine law. Our law firm has represented owners, trainers, partners, boarding stables and most other parties connected with horses.
