Although this firm was founded recently, its lawyers have a high level of experience. William Rambicure practices in the area of Commercial Litigation, Tort Litigation, Employment Litigation and Civil Litigation and is our firm's lead practitioner in Equine Law. Christopher Miller practices in the area of Employment Litigation, Tort Litigation and Commercial Litigation. Experienced Evaluations and Skilled LitigationOur approach with clients is to determine the facts of the case, and then provide you with a realistic view of your case. We won't mislead you or give you false hope. If you've got a good case, we'll let you know. If you don't have a strong case, we'll let you know that as well. Realistic expectations can be important in Kentucky, which is an "at will employment" state. Once we take your case, you'll receive personal attention from the attorney who is working your case. We care about our clients, and care about their results. Because we're a small law firm, there is usually someone in the office at anytime who is familiar with your case, and can answer most questions. We pay attention to detail, and have the ability to handle complex cases - including class action suits. Convenient Location Our office is on the edge of a historic district on East High Street not far from the University of Kentucky and Rupp Arena. Convenient off-street parking is adjacent to the building. Our firm charges an hourly rate for most types of cases, and accepts personal injury cases on a contingency basis.
