Handling a Broad Range of Civil Litigation Needs Our two-attorney law firm represents clients from all over Central Kentucky, including Fayette County, Lexington and Louisville, KY. The types of clients we represent are as varied as the countryside itself. In general, we practice in three primary areas. We litigate on behalf of those with personal injuries due to motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice or those injured on someone else's property (premises liability). We work in the area of employment law matters such as discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge. We typically represent the employees, although we have on occasion represented the employer. The third area of law in which we practice is the focused niche called Equine Law, which includes all matters related to horses.
